Returns & Exchanges

At TYDOTT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TYDOTT account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resalable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the item is inspected.
